Are teenagers running this store?

The Matrix Warehouse Constantia Kloof does seem to be run by a bunch of teenagers who could not care less to deliver any sort of customer service. I need to replace my laptop keyboard so I phoned the store to inquire about a replacement keyboard. Brandon asked me to come into the store so he can check the keyboard serial number. I went to the store but quickly realized that the staff was not very interested in helping me. The two young guys were acting like they recently fell in love with each other and was also smiling and making silly jokes with each other. Eventualy a picture was taken of the keyboard serial number. I was then informed that I will be contacted within 3 days with a quote. After a week of not hearing anything from the store I phoned for an update. At first Brandon who previously assisted me did not know what I was talking about. Then after a while I was informed that the picture that was taken is now lost. And that I had to come in again for the staff to take another picture.....
