Appalling attitude by a Staff Member

I recently visited Matrix Warehouse Richards Bay because I was sent by my boss to enquire about prices for computer monitors.

I was disappointed to walk in to the store and one of the staff members (her name is Marriette) took one look at me and started rolling her eyes. Still trying to figure out if her actions were directed to me or to the computer screen she was watching when I walked in, I continues walking towards her and she just carried on doing whatever she was busy with, no greeting ls what-so-ever. Please note that she was on the front counter of the store when she did this.

I continued walking past her seeing that she did not intend on even speaking to me, reached two other staff members who were working from the back counter of the store because I was so angry of that lady's actions I could not even ask what I went there for, I just greeted the other staff members and told them I was no longer interested in their services but will be writing a review about the appalling attitude I have just received.

I have been to the store a few times and even refered friends and collegues and I have never received this kind of treatment from anyone else but Marriette.
