I phoned in and the phone was simply dropped in my ear after I had asked if I can leave a message due to Karabo not being available.

I went into the shop and inquired about an IDE HDD enclosure due to them not having in stock. Karobo gave my his business card on 1 Oct, asking that I phone him on Saturday 3 Oct when they have stock. I called this morning, they did not have stock, he also was not sure when they will have the stock.

The consultant that dropped the phone in my ear refused to give me his name numerous times. I will be sending the call recordings to the regional manager.

This is the most pathetic, unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life. The arrogance of blatantly lying to customers and then expecting people to support your business is more than ********. I hope this waste of space closes sooner rather than later.
