Again great service from Northgate

Again great service from Northgate. Was starting to worry about the deadline for Windows 7 & yesterday called about Windows 10 which I had previously downloaded & because of the continual issues & no drivers for my 1 printer, I went back to 7. Anyway I was told that Windows 10 would be installed & only charged for labour. Assured that a lot of the previous issues had been resolved & yes this time there were drivers for that same printer. Keep it up because there is a lot of companies who believe they are doing the customer a favour & their service is just plain rotten.
