absolute lies and bad customer services

well i bought a keyboard there which was opened by staff. they tell me they open their parcels before giving it to customers i asked for a refunf and they refuse. only if they are in the mood they will do so they also say they tell evey customer before they pay that they will not give their money back as this is told to all customer before hand this is the biggest lie ever
