Absolute great service

I had an issue with a mini keyboard not connecting to my PC on the logon screen. Richard was very helpful in assisting me with the return of the keyboard. He then went further on to contacting other Matrix branches in order to get me a similar keyboard that will work on my PC. Unfortunately one was not found. However, the very fact that he went out of his way to assist me, and further contacted me to notify me of the progress, is exactly the kind of service a customer can ever dream of! Fantastic, completely blown away. SA could learn from him.
