3 weeks waiting for feedback with no reply

Hi Guys<br> <br> Before anything I want to say that up until now I have never had anything bad to say about Matrix and especially the Four ways branch. Having said that at this point I feel as through the person trying to assist me is actually not capable of doing his job. I handed my laptop 3 weeks ago and have had absolutely no feed back what so ever. I have explained almost daily that I need my machine but the person in charge cannot even call me back let alone give me any indication of what's going on. <br> <br> This really has been a terrible experience for me<br> <br> I really hope someone at head office can sort this out for me so I can change this complaint to a compliment
