10 inch tablet faulty

I purchased a 10 inch tablet from Matrix Princess crossing and when I opened it I noticed that the plastic back cover was broken and the tablet did not work, even though the packaging was sealed. Fearing the worst I thought someone would try to say I dropped it, which was not the case. I was assisted by PJ at the branch and he handled the matter most professionally. He booked the tablet in to check it and said he would call me that afternoon, which he did. The tablet had to be sent to head office and he promised to call on Friday. Once again I received a call as promised, and was told that I could get a credit as the same item was unavailable. I decided on a refund, but would gladly purchase from this store again. The out of box failure was unfortunate, but I am pleased with the way PJ handled the situation as this was a birthday present for my daughter and I was understandably concerned that the matter would not be resolved in time.
