*** their numbers

Hi I'm Thobeka and I'm so mad because I brought my laptop that needed to be fixed and the only problem it had was a power button and they gave it back stripped out and when I asked the manager told me the guy who was fixing it left so there is nothing that they can do and it happens few months back.it use to show that it was on but now even when I put the charger on its just a scrub and my now I need to know how to deal with this problem because its not my business if one off their stuff leaves but because I brought my laptop to them they where suppose to fix it or bring it back the way it was and I even paid them they amount they charged me.
