Very bad service from Matric college and they did not disclose important details during the sales process over the telephone. I am very disappointed.

I was not told that my daughter will only receive her text books after every 2nd payment but she is writing her exam in November 2025. This is not enough time for her to study if she is getting a set of books only every 2nd month. I am paying R999 a month and i was never informed of this arrangement when i joined them. This is turning out to be a nightmare since no one is getting back to me. I have sent Matric college a few watsap texts to get back to me urgently for the past 2 days and no one has contacted me via watsap or telephone call. You do not even derserve 1 star. Your service is terrible.
