not even a full star worth you basically pay for your books

there is no help or assistance form tutors during exam times, if you check this college's name and see how many complaint there are on face book and so on, these people are getting away with *****, as you pay for your books and you rarely hear from them again.

some people had to write exams without books, they say they offer all of this and that but as soon as you pay them and they have the money they switch off the light and close the door. in comparison to other colleges they don't offer any help, last year people were complaining on the class groups off the service they were silenced and the groups were closed because they voiced the complaints that we experience now when writing exams... and we at the time did not know what the problem was until we went through the same that they that were wringing exams went trough.

this is ***** you pay for service only to receive books but no service.. ant this place is getting away with this as there are so many people out there that complained but nothing happens.
