Paying Without Service – No Response, Passed Around & Cancellation Issues

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing poor service from Matric College.

I have now been dealing with this issue for two months, during which I have been paying but unable to study due to unresolved problems.

I was promised that these books would be couriered free of charge, and that I would be informed about pricing going forward. I have now asked THREE different people for written confirmation on this, and I am still being completely ignored.

Instead of resolving the issue, I am being passed from one person to another. Every time I call, I am told someone else will get back to me “tomorrow,” but nothing is actually resolved.

To make matters worse, I received an email stating that I withdrew my cancellation request, which is completely untrue. I have made it very clear multiple times that I want to cancel.

I have now again confirmed:

- I am cancelling my enrollment - I will not be paying any cancellation fee - I paid for two months and could not study due to issues on their side

At this point, this feels extremely unprofessional and unfair. There is clearly no proper communication between departments, and no accountability.

I expect urgent resolution:

- Cancellation with NO fees - Written confirmation of my account status - Proper clarification regarding the books I was promised

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Matric College to anyone.
