No wonder the country fails

This is the worst college I have ever had to deal with and the only department that they excel in is apologizing.. they give you a book/ pdf every month..so if you want 7 subjects.. you wait till the 7th month to get the book..you however write in October in which they tell you to register for at the distract where you stay..and when you get there..the district says they can't help you..matric college says that's not their problem..as they stipulated it in the terms and conditions.. then the cancelation fee is the same as a text book price... not a stipulated fee... they are useless..
