Matric College ****mers

I am currently doing my matric through them and they have not yet dispatched my books for Afrikaans FAL. I’m writing paper 2 on Wednesday and still no books. Ronisha Hendricks is the supposed mentor/tutor. She has been of no help to date I am waiting for her superior to contact me or even respond on mail. Her name is apparently Chane. This is unacceptable behaviour as they have debited me already and I’m writing an exam with study guide. I want to be compensated in some way.
