Matric College leaves their paying students in the dark and I’m the victim…Rather re write your Matric on your own and save money because Matric College doesn’t make life easy for you!!!

The **** of this institution is on another level! I app**** telephonically, the only thing that was mentioned mostly was payments but the terms and conditions of the institution were not mentioned in advance.

Every time I phone them, I hear something different from what I heard from the first call when I was joining them. So recently I wanted to change a subject they told me about a fee I have to pay in order to receive new material of the subject because they had already delivered them to me. The first subject they delivered they phoned, sent an email and sms to alert me and the second time they did not. I phoned and told them I don’t want the subject and they told me I have to pay and I suggested to bring the book to them…Matric College said you can’t return them. I asked why was I not informed of this and when did this rule start they said in June this year and I joined around May 2022. So is it fair to just rush for money instead of leaving people uninformed and clueless of what Matric College is about in this nation? Could it be one of the fly by nights?

No document was sent to me about the Ts and Cs so I was ******.

FYI I only received study material for only ONE subject since when I registered with them. Exam are coming next year May. I phoned them for the first delivery and I was told that I will receive all my books in one delivery…suddenly I was given a schedule of months in which I will receive my books. When I phoned again they said I have to complete assignments for each subject then I’ll receive another study material of each subject. I get confused every time speak to them.
