Matric College is Negligent and they don't do their Job!

On the 18th February I sent my cancelation for my sister's application in writing to Mr. Jan Moseneke, via whatsapp as he instructed me to. I canceled the application because Kamogelo from Matric College told me that I should register my sister with the Department of Education as well after registering with Matric College, as per Kamogelos advise, I did just that. The department of education said we can register the student and she can write on her own in June so they proceeded to register my sister for June exam. I went back to Matric College to tell them that my sister is registered for June with the Department, they all were confused, including their supervisor who couldn't advise on the correspondence with Matric college. Hence I canceled the application. Mr. Jan didn't respond or acknowledge my cancelation but it was read and received on Whatsapp. On the 28th of February Matric College made a debit order on my account and they sent a message to my sister saying payment was received and her books are on the way, meaning Jan never processed my cancelation. Now the money they took was part of my daughters school fees and the school say my daughter must stay home until payment is received. I sent Matric College a letter of demand and to date I haven't received payment. I want my money to enable my child to go to school. They have inconvenienced me in a way I have never experienced because of their negligence and failure to do their job. I am in the process of suing this College!
