Matric College Bellville South, debits even after confirmed cancellation

This college in Bellville South still debit your account even after cancelation was requested and acknowledged. We Cancelled in early February 2023, they debit that month end which is fine with me. But to debit again end March after cancelation was accepted and a letter was emailed to confirm said cancellation🤔. Taking the money was easy. Now they don't reply when I ask about my refund that was supposed to be done already. Surviving is a struggle on its own and I don't appreciate people taking money for ****py services that was already Cancelled
