Shocking service. Of the 6 subjects we registered for were could only download 3 onto the tablet we had to buy when we signed up. After begging and pleading we eventually received 1 book and got 2 soft copies. We still need 2 codes to download maths and physical science plus all the setworks & poetry books for Eng & Afr , we have wasted almost 2 months of study time due to having no books . Each time I phone , I get empty promises . I'm so very disappointed in this company . This query has been ongoing since 27th September to date ie 5th November 2019
