*****ing money out of my bank account after I canceled my studies a month ago and paid my cancelation fee!!!

Good Day, This people are a ****, they are *****ing my money!!!!! I spoke to Rashieda and told her that i want to de-register on the 3rd of September and she told me I first need to pay a cancelation fee, I paid the cancelation fee on the 5th of September but they never canceled my studies and deducted money out of my bank account again last night!!! They are *****ing my money and coming up with different stories. I have proof of everything on my phone and Rashieda are making alot of excuses. I want my refund now today!!! I told Ronisha and Tammy about this no one replies, Matric college are *****ing my money and don't want to refund me after I requested for cancelation on the 3rd of September and paid the cancel fee the 5th of September!!! I am not going to leave this untill i get my refund!!!! People please be aware of these people.
