I NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.
All I want is my money back. I called them to cancel my registration 4 weeks before they could debit my account. I de-registered with them even before I could commence learning due to retrenchment. They went ahead to debit from my account. I have been speaking to them since yesterday and they're just not helping. I just need my money back for crying out loud. I am unemployed and that's the money I was hoping will assist when applying and attending interviews. I'm more afraid that they'll keep debiting from my account.

01 Sept 2022, 12:06They are now telling me that they won't refund me because my books have been dispatched and they can't find the WhatsApp message I sent to them on the 10th of August 2022. I first sent them an email of which that's the only tangible proof I have. My WhatsApp messages clear on a weekly basis. Tebogo, who is the one who I've been communicating with tells me that I can use the books for future references. How though because I cancelled way earlier, before they could even dispatch? Ai Matric College I'm really disappointed
