Disappointed

Poor service. They answer the phones but they speak in circles the one person tells you to send an email to him and then he never comes back to you. They advise you wrongly. You need to register yourself for the exams not like what they say on their site. No form of communication. Did not receive anything from them not even my student number. I only received my student number after 4 months with them and it was because I needed to ask them. They then told me I am no longer a client and after a fight they send me a student number and said I am a student. Would not advise anyone to use matric college
