******!!!!! Only concerned about their commission.

I had spoken to Kamogelo on the 25th of February and she advised me to send a cancellation message. The cancellation message was sent 5 days before the debit order date. I spoke to Joleen on the 10th of March and she confirmed that the cancellation had been made prior to the debit order date. Today the 11th of March Kamogelo told me that they have already sent the books and cannot be return. The money cannot be refunded. Matric college is a ****. They are misleading people. I will be glad if my debit order can be cancelled and my money be refunded before 20th of March. If the matter is not resolved by then i will take the issue with Ombudsman for education.
