ALBERTON MATRIC PROJECT MUST RETURN MY MONEY.

I app**** for my child to rewrite the matric with ALBERTON MATRIC PROJECT on the 05 March 2025 and she got another space in Limpopo so i cancelled with Alberton on the 7 March 2025 and i had already paid R5 500. after cancelling in less than 24 hours they charged R4 500 saying is the cancellation fee of wich i total disagree how can i forfeit so much money, what did they loose from their side, the worst part is on the 7 of March 2025 someone from their office send me an SMS requesting proof of payment and copy of the leaners ID and i told them not to register her anymore and when i told the management they said they don't know the number, called the office immediately and they gave me the email address to send my cancelling in less than 24 hours. they only refunded me R1000.

They should return my money and i dont mind paying something for cancelling but not 80% of the money.
