Absolute **** of a college and severely uninformed!!!

I am very disappointed in the level of service that I was provided by Matric College. I signed up telephonically with them in February because I wanted to rewrite Matric. The information they gave me was incorrect and when I went to the department of Educations offices to register for exams, I was told the deadline had passed, which Matric College hadn't informed me.

Since then I've been trying to cancel by they keep debiting my account. Recently, I've been told that I can cancel by paying a cancellation fee of R1700. Since February, they have been taking my money and I have nothing to show for it due to misinformation. Now I can't even cancel without them taking even more money from me.

Matric College is such a **** and they don't know what they're are doing. I want a total refund and for my subscription to be cancelled. I'm very disappointed.
