Matlosana gardens poor service

The experience is bad, this is no place humans should be living in. We don't have any running water and they blame it on a faulty water pump. Okay yes let's say the water pump is the problem but how on earth do they take 3-4 months and still counting to fix it? I brought hot water to make life easier for my when I have to take a bath but because there's no running water I have to resort to getting water somewhere and boiling it with my kettle. See I am spending unnecessarily cause my electricity no longer last? Even the place is falling apart because of lack of maintenance, the walls are full of cracks. The pipes are always bursting and they blame it on the weather but I think it's because of them not maintaining the place, they wait for something to get damaged before they come fix it whereas that could've been avoided if they maintained this place on a regular. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even though the rent is cheap. I guess we get this treatment/service because of how much we pay. This is one ****ty place to live in. I am resorting to this because it's my last option. The people in the offices in the complex are not helping as well as their head office, they always suggest we go to the office but the service is very poor
