I need the rest of my deposit back

The place is horrible, very loud and dirty. The staff can't assist with anything. I paid the deposit of R****.00 where R3300.00 Deposit, R3300.00 monthly rental, R75.00 parking, R300.00 admin fee, and R200.00 key deposit when I moved in January 2025. I gave notice mid-August 2025 to Olebogeng that I will be moving out month end due to nature of the environment and the treatment from the staff I had to move out after several unattended complaints that I listed on the portal under my profile that profile that is blocked because i am no longer a tenant anymore. I moved out end of August and no check out inspection was done in my presence and on the 11th of Sep 2025 i received a check out inspection email that i signed the same day stating that from my deposit i will be charged R700.00 because the Bedroom 1 needs cleaning and bedroom 2 needed paint. from my R3200.00 that i paid for the deposit i only received R1100.00 . From all the hassles of trying to get my deposit back, i only got R1100.00 and no one from Ben or Olebogeng cared to explain to me what had happened to the rest of my deposit money. there is never a time where i can get hold of them telephonically because its " either they are busy, hang up calls or not answer calls".
