Policy refund

Have been patient and too understanding but now it has come to a point were i am now irritated,it was nice when u were debiting but to refund me its hard so i have decided to take this matter further and write to the ombudsman out this company,cause do call to ask if i have received my refund but knowing very well u haven't captured it.....Thanks have a great day
