Matla life and RMA failed

I took a consolidated funeral cover under RMA and failed to consolidate instead I payed double for same people in different funeral covers. I cancelled the policy and expected mu money for December till now. No communication or feedback. I spend my monies to make effort to reach them but still taken back and forth.
