Zero Service

Master's Office Gauteng. have been trying for more than a year now to get answers from this office in respect of an Estate that was wound-up despite certain issues being unresolved and withput an Executor being appointed. I have reported this matter to the Provincial Master in November 2022 and still no response. Is this the type of service we have to accept? No accountability. They together with FNB Fiduciary who clearly stated they will not respond to our disputes.
