Very unhelpful goverment

A one star rating is too much for this place. They never answer the phones, and when we are lucky and they do answer the phones they tell us we should call them back later amd then they dropped the phone. And when ypu try and call back there is suddenly no answer.

These people don't work and they still receive a salary? This is really pathetic!
