UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE: EXECUTOR LETTER

Hello We have been sending emails to the master's high court in pretoria and all we want is the executor letter in order to sort out our late parents' utility account. Time is running out and yet we are not getting feedback, and the telephone lines are not going through. What does one need to do in order to get response from government institutions. One maybe must have money to pay people to assist cause being polite is not doing it. When we complain its wrong when we are quite nothing moves.
