Unending system fail-Master of the Supreme Court Jhb

I cannot receive the help I need because most of the time ‘the system is slow or it is non-functional’. In my experience, this malady has gone on for months on end- 7 months and still counting. In all this time, I fail to receive a one-paged document, the Letter of Execution. It is unbelievable that an office that deals with such critical matters can go on for so long without a remedy to its system failure.
