System Offline For Weeks

I have made 5 trips to the Master Court offices in the last two weeks with no help. Now that I've collected all the required documents needed, iam told to comeback at the end of July 2021 because your systems are offline.

This is really frustrating as we spend money and effort for the trips made. There's no formal correspondence with regards to the offline issue but we have to keep coming back to offices just to check if the system is back to normal.

Kindly assist or advise on what to do next, is there any way to find out when the systems will be sorted out?
