SOCIAL WORKERS AND FAMILY ADVOCATES - Do they care?

The family advocate office has been busy with my minor child's case (My child is in the hands of his manipulative father) and you can phone the office and email as many times as you want you just get NO RESPONSE. Is this what SOUTH AFRICA'S justice system is really like? No wonder children end up wreckless and on street. Where do you get legal help if the social workers and advocates dont even care to respond?
