Poor service from the Master of the high court and a attorney firm

Wr are in the process of transfering a property onto our name. But between the masters if the high court and the lawyers we are using I dont know who is more pathetic. According to the lawyers the master of the high court is closed for bussiness and we are waiting for documents to be certified before the process can start for deed to be transfered. Also the lawyers/attorneys ignore our emails and when they reply their answers are always the same and no real answers when we ask how we can assist. Any help or information would be appreciated. My next review will be to the attorneys in question. Kind regards. ***
