Poor service by Master of the high court staff in Cape Town Offices

I sumitted an application for a letter of authority at the Master's court in Cape Town on the 11th December 2024 and up to this date i still have not received an sms advising that my application has been captured atleast. Beinging on Jan 2025 I asked my sister ro go and check. She was advised that there was a backlog due to other staff members being on leave in December. This is really unfair. Our mother passed on in October 2024 and we still do not have access to her things. When we went to EC Idutywa in November they advised they did not have network and that took the whole week. We then decided to do it in Cape Town and on the 1st day we went there we were advised to appoint an attorney as an executor because of our mother's pension. I went home and realised that we were being misled because according ro my knowledge pension fund goes into the estate account when there no beneficiaries nominated. Then I only had rime to go back kn the 11th Dec and we are still waiting for the letter. This is really infair!
