Poor Service

<p>On the 28th April 2017 at exactly 10:30 I was at 66 Marshall Street to amend my letter of authority, however I was returned at the door by one of the consultants that they only took 15 people due to Friday and they were short staffed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some of us struggle to get leaves even half days, which I took, and I had to be returned to make another day's appointment, which I feel it's very unfair and unprofessional.</p>
