PATHETIC AND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM PFANO MASTER OF HIGH COURT JOHANNESBURG

The service you get from PFANO from office number 5 at the Master's Office Johannesburg is beyond me. It is either he is not in his office or he is offline. When you enter his office you are greeted with a frown. Reporting him to his superior does not work because as soon as you leave his office you hear laughing behind you. This is substandard service from PFANO.
