Not happy with the Masters Court (Port Elizabeth) systems

In the past two year I have had traumatic unpleasant experience with the Master of the high court (Port Elizabeth). The person who is dealing with my late parents file is not doing her work to satisfactory. Imagine dealing with loss and family issues when you go for assistance at the Masters you get none either than rejection. It is so sad that I am in grief and I am sick because of the whole stressing situation they have caused me. First I have to go several times to the Masters court for the Will they misplaced. They told me that they didn't receive it whereas they did receive it. After 3 month they found it and never apologized. At that time I had to do letters of executorship but then there was just unnecessary delay. I eventually did the letters. Since I am in the process of selling a late estate property the conveyancers sent the form for the endorsed power of attorney to the Masters for them to sign and return so we can proceed with the process. It's been a full two months and only when I went there last week to personally check with the process the lady dealing with the file told me that she sign. I do not have proof that she did it and this morning I received an email from the lawyers that they have not received anything from the Masters. I am staying far from the Masters and the traveling going there for nothing is just a waste of time. The lady dealing with the file is rude. I tried to call this morning with no answer. I have other things to do and they do not care. They take their own time unnecessary to assist. We are all human. Are they not employed to help us?
