Not Happy with Masters of the High court Pretoria

It's been over 5 weeks since we claimed estate of my late sister, we were told in 3 weeks time will receive an sms to come for collection for letter of executor but they so quiet and unbothered, this is unacceptable and frustrating.

We submitted everything they wanted but still take years just to get the letter.
