Masters Office Cape Town - Cannot get estate sign off after 29 months

29 months to process a simply cash asset estate of which for the past 8 months the application has been waiting to be signed off by the Masters Office in Cape Town. This has been escalated to the Chief Masters office, justice minister but SILENCE! How is this even possible and how many thousands of people are desperately awaiting finalisation of their loved ones estate. It is shocking that a deceased persons last request as contained in his/her will, that is entrusted to the Master Office to process within a reasonable period of time is blatantly ignored. 29 Months, SHAME ON YOU!
