Master Office is Broken!

The Master Office is broken, it dont work . Deputy Minister John Jeffery please help. Minister Mr Ronald Lamola, ....PLEASE HELP US! Why is nobody accountable to the office dysfunction and what is being done to fix and remedy the situation. If one looks at the DOJ&CD website to see Vision, Mission, Core values...what a joke. I invite anyone who has had to deal with the MO to share how they shape up to their Vision Mision and Core Values, its a tragic mess........ and when will it be resolved?
