MASTER OF THE HIGH COURT HORRIFIC AND ABOMINABLE SERVICE TO BLACK PEOPLE!

I don't understand why as a customer of the Master of the High Court,why is it that we get such HORRIC SERVICE,if i could call it service.Emails get answered weeks after they were sent,we need to BEG that someone somewhere in there in the Master Office to attend to us.They are dealing directly with people's lives,children are SUFFERING,we are suffering hoping to get help.It is because we are black that we get treated like garbage.The other problem that is also there is that it seems as if there is only one person working in the departments that we are BEGGING for services from.

My problem here is that I have been directed by Nthabiseng Ntsoane to liaise with you regarding the request that we have made for SECTION 47 of the Estates Act that has been forwarded by ABSA as executor for the sale of the property after having have been directed to Patrick Matshoba initially.I have been asking to be assisted for so long with this application and it is extremely worrying that I have not been assisted. Compelling reasons within the application have been furnished by the executor which is ABSA that come from me as the dissident heir, we have also signed the next of kin affidavit that was couriered back to them as executors ,the Section 47 application has been submitted to the Masters office some time back now,it has been a long while now,the whole process is stagnant and in limbo with the executor who is ABSA who is withholding all remaining funds that are due to the heirs and are unable to proceed to provide parity to the heirs as they are just waiting for the consent of the Master regarding this most pressing issue that has been placed before you.

The liquidation and distribution was done in January,the estate is solvent and the executor needs your assistance in order to help us to remedy this highly prejudicial situation that has been addressed at nauseam,at length firstly with the chain of emails below and the communication from the executor.This whole thing,this whole stagnation has a material effect on a lot of people's lives.I am suffering,along with my family,we have shelter insecurity,where we don't have a choice but to vacate the rented apartment that we are in as we cannot afford it,we have food insecurity as I cannot buy food for myself and my family as I am unemployed and no one should ever live like that, especially children.There is no electricity and as you can see it is winter and it is very cold,my child cannot go to school because I simply cannot afford to take him to school.We are sitting here deprived and desperate hoping that we can get some help here. I have dealt with Patrick that has expressed that he deals with Section 42, Nthabiseng states you are in charge of this function of assisting us.Please assist us urgently. I have been trying to reach out to you but you keep on responding to mails that are irrelevant even from nearly a month ago.This is affecting us very seriously.
