Master of the High Court Hiding Wills Trust

Today 10/09/2025 I went to the Pietermaritzburg Master of the High Court to get copies of a Wills Trust I was following up on. Bongani working at the Trust Office 2.14 along one lady were supposed to be of assistance but said the Trust in question does not exist. Without using my ID document or touching the computer they had me wait on the bench since 11:30am till 12:45pm. When they finally called me back into the office they took me to the Registry at the Ground floor to look for the file. Bongani came back with a file by the Surname Gumede and said that's the file that exists under the IT number I was given by the Durban Master of the High Court. I asked if they would call the Durban Branch of the Master of the High Court but Bongani refused and said they are not allowed to make such calls. Somebody please explain. Their contact is ***
