Master of the High Court, fail to respond to emails regarding a high value estate.

DATE OF DEATH 25 JANUARY 2021

Reported to Absa Trust February 2021

Executor Letter was issued 21/4/21 with Absa Trust as Executor

Everything went smoothly with the first part of the process as a copy of the final Liquidation and Distribution account was submitted to both the Master and the Heir on February the 11th 2022

Since everything was submitted to the Master that is when the problem began

According to the Executor everything has been finalised, the only documents outstanding was the query sheet, which the Master had to stamp

Absa also sent an email on the 25th of July 2022 committed themselves to meet with Mrs Sithole. The meeting was postponed due to protest action.

Since then no meeting was set up with Absa and Mrs Sithole – see attached emails

We did numerous follow ups to the following people by email :

Sithole provided the person working with this estate is Sirthon Leshabane , *** – once again numerous follow ups, directly to him with no response

The capital amount that is in the estate amounts to the amount of R14 000 000, it makes it unbearable for the spouse to make a living
