Master of the court Pretoria - Letter of executorship

It has been a year now and I still don't have my letter of executorship. My late sisters ex manage to get a letter of executorship with an old will. Now i have had to proof that my will is the latest ....in the meantime the ex is interfering into my sisters business. Who has a contact for me at the master of the courts office please. I am saddened that we dont get through on the phone and neither any response to our email queries. The only person I am hoping there could help us if she only can respond is Catherine Anderson.... we are waiting. The day this issue is resolved I would probably also be dead already....
