The worst service ever. The consultants will make you feel like ****, very rude, arrogant and oblivious it’s like we owe them something. They don’t answer their calls I’ve submitted all documents since March and till now no payments were made, no communication I tried sending an email asking for an answer as I am supposed to pay for my school fees but apparently the system was hacked and they can’t seem to make payment. The seems like a lie because some reviews from other people are saying they are waiting for GEPF therefore I’m asking myself if the system was really hacked or what. My main issue is the no communication poor poor poor service I’m so frustrated and behind with school fees. One of the consultants just gave me a paper to give to my school with no explanation and said she does not have answers for me and she was so RUDE extremely RUDE
