Master of high Court Johannesburg **********

Hi...I'd like to remain anonymous I have a bad experience with the with one of employee of this court....his name is Collen and his Supritendant is Masemola they work hand in hand with legal estate files but they do not deliver whenever the people of the citizen are struggling, I've been chasing my dad's case since 2019, These two people that I have named above have not helped me since then I have been running in and out of their offices especially Collen..... His the guy that is responsible for the file he attempted ***** as he didn't do proper research on the people that should've been benefiting from the estate file,I myself I have been left out I'm a child out of wedlock I received my share of my dad's pension fund when he passed on in 2018,i should've also benefited from his estate as a beneficiary but I haven't after doing research I was told that I had to go to the Master in Johannesburg but the service I received till thus far.....(embarrassing). I was told to write a letter to be reviewed on the claim I'm making that why am I not part of of the beneficiaries on my father's estate till today I haven't received any help, everytime I go there I'm told Collen is not there or my case will be dealt with till to date nothing has happened. I even consulted one of the law firms I know they advised that my case is strong and it could put alot of people in trouble who are responsible for my dad's estate file.....i have made copies of the whole file thanks to one person that advised me to do so..... So to anyone who are interacting with one of the people mentioned above from the Master Court in Johannesburg be on the lookout this people are ***** and are easily bribed and cases are being sold for submitted files.....but I'm not going to let this go I'm coming for them and the lawyers who were responsible for the file no.....
