Master of High court jhb works with bribes

If u don't have to bribe at Masters of high coast in Jhb you will never be assisted. Went there to inform them about a deceased will so they can arrange her estates as per will which was kept at Standard bank trust in Rosebank , when we got there with every documentation, they sent us pillar to pillar and not having same answer and we ask if they can show us the documents they had regarding our request they provided us with the same will we had but with a name added with a pen *****ulently, and told that they know nothing about the one we provided which had pen edition. And the person they added is a convict ,his been in and out of jail . Is this how our government work.
