Master of high court: Guardian fund

Guardian fund in Pretoria. My case was finalized 2020.07.29, and I have since app**** 4 times for my child maintenance at the Guardian fund. Each time my applications was unsucessfull. No one is responding to the emails I have sent. They do not even answer their phones. What is the use of fighting in court for your child maintenance...and then your childs maintenance is stuck in the Guardian fund. I realy thought my childs maintenance will be safe, but now it realy feel like the Guardian fund has ****** my childs money. I need the monthly maintenance money for my childs school fees, but apparently children of South Africa is not a priority at the Guardian fund.
